Refund Policy
This refund policy discloses the refund policies for Bennett Bennett & Trice, PLLC and our website; https://bbtcpa.flywheelstaging.com.
In the event your account with Bennett Bennett & Trice, PLLC becomes overpaid you or your company will be contacted by one of our employees in order to determine your preferred method of application of the overpayment. The following methods are available:
- Refund the entire overpayment;
- Apply the entire overpayment to future accounting services; or,
- Apply a portion of the overpayment to future accounting services and a corresponding refund of the balance to you.
If the original payment was by credit card, we can, with your permission, issue a refund directly to your credit card. Since we do not retain credit card information, we will request that information from you in order to process the refund.
All other refunds will be issued by Company check.
